As far as I can tell, this may be the only copy of any of the rare STEREO reissues to be pressed at a pressing plant other than Hollywood. Indianapolis pressing, insanely rare or unique!

A copy sold for $45.00 on eBay9 on June 16, 2012 Some of the value can be attributed to the cover since it was in original shrink-wrap. Another copy sold on eBay10 on August 12, 2012 for $168.15.
