Tickle Me is an Allied Artists Pictures movie presentation released June 30, 1965.
Front: Depicts a black and white picture with Elvis and his co-star from the gatefold through a die-cut hole. Song titles are listed (details below).
This promotional booklet was originally shrink wrapped with various colorful feathers.1
Front/Back: Opened, note the die-cut hole on the front. The back contains even more about the Tickle Me movie.
Gatefold: ELVIS with It’s Fun! It’s songs! It’s color! It’s spooky! It’s Elvis as a singing, swinging wrangler on a dude ranch – for girls! It’s all Tickle Me Boxoffice!
Soundtrack
The movie budget did not allow for new songs to be commissioned. The entire music catalog was recycled from previously released material.2 RCA did not release this soundtrack as a long play album. Instead this previously released material was issued on two singles and one extended play album.
